In particular, it holds hearings on the review of subdivisions and use permits, including conditions for approval. It also reviews architectural, landscape, and site plans for development projects, and makes recommendations to the City Council on rezoning applications, and amendments to the City’s General Plan, Zoning and Sign Ordinances.
