The City of Pittsburg, as Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg (“Successor Agency”), will continue to fulfill its financial obligations, pursuant to ABx1 26. In addition, the Successor Agency will employ its efforts in the wind-down of the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Pittsburg (“Agency”).
