Housing & Community Access

The mission of the Community Access Department is to enable low to moderate income families/residents in our community to obtain decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing. We strive to preserve the City’s existing housing stock. We also provide services to improve quality of life issues for seniors, youth, people with disabilities, female heads of household and others needing technical and financial assistance.
