Services Requests Online
“GOPittburg” is the City of Pittsburg’s move to open a “24-Hour City Hall” by allowing residents, business representatives, or visitors to access their City government when and how it’s easiest – visiting a City office, going to the web site, calling a single phone number, sending a letter, or faxing a note. This allows anyone to go to the City’s web site – www.ci.pittsburg.ca.us – find “Services Requests Online” and request any type of City service. A simple electronic form will allow you to pick what problem you have or what information you need from a list. You’ll receive a tracking number, just like when you place an order from your favorite online store. If you choose, you can add your name and address, but that’s up to you. It’s as simple as that. Behind the scenes, the request is automatically forwarded to the person responsible for what you need. That person will keep you informed of the status of your request if you’ve provided your contact information.
