The City Clerk's office is responsible for preparation/maintenance of minutes, ordinances, resolutions, agreements and other legal documents. Responsible for the compilation of material for the City Council agenda, administration of the Records Management Program and local filing officer for the Fair Political Practices Commission. Assists the Contra Costa County Election Dept. in administering all City elections.
