The City of Pittsburg has the following openings:
- Planning Commission: 4 positions; 2 year terms
- Community Advisory Commission: 4 positions; 2 year terms
Applications will be accepted until May 24, 2017. Interviews with the City Council will be held on June 5 at a time to be determined. Council appointments will be made on June 19. Applicants will be required to perform a LiveScan fingerprinting for appointment.
Planning Commission meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The Community Advisory Commission meets the first Wednesday of each month. All meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and take place at City Hall in the Council Chamber.
